On May 29, Prof. Feng Jun, Executive Vice President of CELAP, met with Mr. Chang Won-kie, President of Samsung China, and other Samsung senior management.

 

Prof. Feng welcomed Mr. Chang Won-kie and introduced CELAP’s inception history, innovative education and major accomplishments. He said, “CELAP values the cooperative relationship with Samsung Group. The co-hosted program on enhancing entrepreneurs’ innovative capability is a start point for successive cooperation on training, teaching and research in order to achieve mutual benefits.”

 

With reference to Samsung’s own training system, Mr. Chang Won-kie highly praised CELAP’s visions and innovative practice on leadership education. “China’s huge accomplishments in economic and social development are closely tied to cadres’ training”, he said. He also expressed his wish to strengthen mutual cooperation in constructing training institution, leadership training and staff visits.

 

After the meeting, Mr. Chang Won-kie and his delegation visited the academy’s history museum, “Smart City” lab and other teaching facilities.
