On May 17, Mr. Magnus Breidne, Vice President of Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), together with Mr. Johan Carlstedt and Mdm. Asa Minoz, two experts on innovation policy, was invited to give a lecture for “Program on Innovation-Driven Urban Development (5th Cohort)”. Prof. Cheng Danhong, Vice President of CELAP, met with the guests.
During the meeting, Prof. Cheng introduced China’s innovation-driven development strategy and held an in-depth discussion with the guests on Chinese and Swedish innovation policy-making practice. He also exchanged ideas with the guests on further cooperation.
The lecture was themed “Innovation for Growth: Sweden’s Innovation Strategy and System”, in which the experts introduced Sweden’s 2020 innovation strategy planning and implementation.
