On Apr. 13, Mr. Shamsi Nahodha, Tanzanian Minister for Defense and National Service, led a delegation of 9 members to visit CELAP. Prof. Jiang Haishan, Vice President of CELAP, met with Mr. Nahodha.

 

Prof. Jiang introduced CELAP’s establishing background, training model and target participants. He also reviewed CELAP’s cooperative relations with African countries.

 

Mr. Nahodha highly appraised CELAP’s achievements in leadership education. He said, “leadership is of crucial importance for social and economical development. The visit offers me a chance to catch a sight of how Chinese leaders’ think and act.” He also expressed his hope to cooperate with CELAP on leadership training.
