
On Mar. 17, a Harvard delegation led by HKS professor Steven Kelman visited CELAP. The delegation is made up of Harvard’s MBA students and its Chinese alumni. Prof. Feng Jun, Executive Vice President of CELAP, welcomed the visitors.
Prof. Feng gave the delegation an all-round introduction of CELAP, covering its establishing background, training model, target participants and the academy’s initiatives in exploring new training methods. He also reviewed his experience at HKS attending the program for China’s senior government leaders. “The model of HKS offers insights for CELAP in developing its leadership training,” said Prof. Feng.
Prof. Kelman expressed his appreciation for CELAP’s efforts in innovative training. He also raised questions on the academy’s international course and faculty resource development.
Before the meeting, Vice President Jiang Haishan held a group talk with the delegation, focusing on China’s 18th Party and the recent NPC & CPPCC.
